For a deposit, compare both transaction histories
Check the payment provider’s status and the casino’s deposit history. A pending authorisation, completed debit and credited casino balance are different events. Record the amount, currency, time and reference for the transaction you are investigating.
Do not repeat the deposit simply because a confirmation screen failed to load. First ask whether the original payment is pending, completed or reversed. Multiple attempts can create several entries that need to be traced.
For a withdrawal, separate review from delivery
A withdrawal can be awaiting verification, under casino review, released to a provider or on its way to the receiving account. Ask support to identify the current stage and whether any action is required from you.
If the casino says the payment was released, request the relevant payment reference and the route used. If the money is already in an e-wallet, a later transfer from that wallet to your bank is a separate transaction.
Give support enough information, safely
Use the casino’s official support channel. Provide the transaction reference, date, amount, currency and the status you can see. A masked screenshot can help if it excludes unrelated balances and personal details.
Never disclose a password, full card security code or one-time banking approval code. Verification documents should be submitted through the official process requested in your account.
Keep a record and follow the stated process
Save the support response and any case number. Ask for the next action or review point rather than relying on an unspecific promise that a payment is “fast”. If the explanation is unresolved, follow the operator’s published complaints procedure.
A delay does not establish that another deposit is needed. Do not send money to an unfamiliar recipient or pay a supposed release fee on the instructions of someone outside the official account process.
